It was clean and tidy. Good bathroom and shower. Good water pressure. Bikes were easily accessible so we were a quick 1 min bike ride away from restaurants and stores. Location was calm, quiet, clean and felt safe. The room was made up daily. Great Air conditioning The room was tiny. There was barely any walking room. It was way too tight. The room is just for sleeping absolutely no walking around. The shampoo was also the shower gel and conditioner and it was of poor quality as was the soap and the bathroom did always have a sewer smell. Again the room was too tight. 1 of the beds should be removed so u have someplace to put ur luggage

The bathroom is tiny and there isn’t any where to place your toiletries.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to 2 underground access and just a few blocks to Notting Hill and Portabello Road. Lovely, quiet area just minutes from busy neighborhoods. The internet connection was a bit spotty. It made working on my laptop slightly annoying, but not impossible. Kept getting kicked out of WiFi and having to log back in and it wasn’t always very fast.

The property is situated in a beautiful, quiet area. Very clean and well-kept. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great staff and clean place. The size of the room is insanely small we booked for three people and it was so tiny we kept bumping into each other not to mention the struggle of finding a place for the luggage we had

We were very happy with our accommodations while in London. The room was very clean and looked brand new. The breakfast was very good, with friendly staff eager to serve. The wifi wasn’t very strong in our room.

Surprising comfortable for 4 people. The hotel was able to adjust our room accommodation from 3 people to 4 people room with the additional charge from original booking. My adult daughter especillay loves the bed location she has that separates from the other 2 beds. She has her own privacy. It also has an elevator though tiny but enough for 2 people with luggage. I was already expecting the hallways to be tiny just enough for the person and luggage. It is expected i guess for an older building but once inside room , it is modern and comfortable.

Location was great Rude front desk people. Booked a triple room and needed 3 keys and was told no Also wanted more pillows an was told 3 people 3 pillows They were flat pillows that were not great. They finally gave us more but not very willingly. Just not friendly or helpful and seemed bothered we were there.

• The hotel’s location was safe and quiet. • The rooms were very clean. • Ideal for a short trip of a few days. • The rooms were a bit small. • Noise from other rooms could be heard.

Only UK plugs. They did not have adaptors. I could not recharge my phone

I forgot some clothes when I checked out. 24hrs later I sent them a message indicating that and asking if I could pick them up. I received no reply. I dropped by the hotel in person 48 hours after I checked out and they told me they had been discarded. I think they should keep forgotten items for 7 days before discarding them.

Location Small room. No toiletries included. Elevator once was not working. Wifi keeps turning on and off.

I was shocked by the size of the TV set ( made worse by how high it was)! I wanted to trythe breakfast (smell of toast was very tempting) but I decided £14 was excessive. The rate I paid for 4 nights is too much even for London
