The room looked nothing like the photos. They don’t have any elevators so if you have luggage you have to tow it up and down the stairs. The drainage is also very slow so when you take a shower the water was pilling up. It’s cheap but wasn’t even worth what they are charging per night. I’m glad i only needed to stay for one night.

The hotel was more affordable than most in the area. The addition of a buffet breakfast included in the price was a nice touch. The staff were very nice and friendly. Did not get a 2nd room key even upon request for 2nd guest. The room and whole hotel was falling apart. There were stains everywhere. Our our rooms shower was malfunctioning with water spraying where it should not have when it turned on. Our mirror was smashed. The wood floor had missing pieces. The toilet had a missing lid. The daily cleaning did not occur on the 2nd day and I had to ask management for fresh towels due to the lack of cleaning. The presentation of everything made us concerned about the hygiene but admittedly there was nothing specifically dirty that we found. There was a stale smell throughout the hotel. The bacon at the buffet was foul and definitely NOT bacon.

The fire alarm kept going off randomly, disturbing my sleep.

The property had free breakfast which was cooked fresh every morning, it had a great location- super close to both a bus and train station. The staff were really nice and the kitchen staff were awesome It smelled super weird, the bed was hard as a rock, shower just got water everywhere, some of the lights didn’t work, we were right next to train tracks, there were stains on our sheets and pillows, no elevator so it was a steep climb to our room.

The location of the hotel, in general (Camberwell), feels quite dirty. The hotel needs a thorough refurbishment, especially the reception area and the hallways leading to the rooms. The Smell of mould was everywhere. The beds/mattresses in the rooms were a disaster. The noise of the Train was very loud every 5 minutes, starting as early as 5 am. The electrical socket in the room was not working.

Not having any cellular service or internet was a big turn off I asked for a different room with better connection and was not given one went the whole holiday having no internet In the room

The image where deceiving the room booked in the image said it has sofa chair but the room we got has nothing on it. So just be aware of that.

Hotel exactly as in the photos, good room, spacious bathroom. Breakfast with tons of options (love it). It's not that close to downtown, but there's a bus stop with lots of bus lines, so it's easy to get around. Staff helpful with questions. Distance from the center and smell of the carpet in the corridor.

The fact that our first room was next to a room that was under construction, then had to pack everything and move to a smaller uncomfortable room
-
Not much The fact there was no electricity in the morning and I wasn’t able to get ready, phone hadn’t charged. Took so long for them to fix it I was late to a business meeting.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, in my life. The reception area and images on this site are completely false advertisement. I have never felt so uncomfortable staying somewhere. Pasha hotel was extremely unhygienic. The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work and it was NOTHING like the photos. If i could give 0 stars I would. The wooden floors were rotten and had ants, the wardrobe was broken and smashed. The bathroom had an awful odour and a hole in the floor. The shower was broken and scalding hot (burnt us). There was not even any antibacterial soap available. I wouldn’t reccomend this stay to anyone. Was also a joke as we booked deluxe but even for standard this would be unacceptable. My friend got no sleep and left as soon as. The fridge and kettle facilities are so unlike the images. Neither of the wifis worked and one of the towels had dirty makeup stain on it. Everything was quite fraudalent.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable, we had an excellent sleep. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower was powerful. They have a wide good choices for breakfast for continental but the cooked is only different type eggs. I enjoyed my omelette made fresh by the staff. The staff are friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. They were happy to change my booking without making a fuss or complaining. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting tourist attractions for example London Eye, Buckingham Palace etc. I would suggest a toilet roll holder and plug in for shavers for bathroom. Apart from that, we had an excellent stay. Housekeeping did not attend daily even after we requested service.
