Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants close by and a view of Big Ben from the hotel. Staff were amazing, our little one was sick upon arrival and they were very helpful in the stressful situation, helping us clean him up and check in earlier. Buckingham palace was within walking distance but would recommend a pram for little ones.

Location Curtains had gross stains on them even after waiting a few hours for room to be ready, elevators don't work right - press the down button and elevator going up stops, feels impersonal, outdated decor, slow check in process.

I love this hotel! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My friend and I were in cosplay for the evening and apart from the security guard when we tried to get back in (possibly understandably, but what he thought we were going in for I do not know) everyone was very friendly and chill about it. There’s nothing wrong with this hotel. It’s fantastic!

Great central location, near all the landmarks and train stations. Service was great, had an issue with the keycard and was sorted out promptly. Very clean and nice view.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The room we eventually ended up in had an amazing view of the London Eye and Big Ben and a terrace! The food at breakfast was very tasty with a great selection of items hot and cold. Some of the staff weren't very friendly. The room we booked was very dark and dingy and the windows didn't open at all so it felt very clostraphobic. Also the sofa bed hadn't been made up in advance.
