The property was perfectly located in central London and just walking distance from where we were going. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. The views from our room were amazing. Very comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Nothing really, but maybe the air con could have been cooler with the heat we had at the time.

We love this location and come here for many of our celebrations. The roof is, of course, an asset to be able to sit up there, have a cocktail, and see the whole town underneath your eyeline For us the kitchen wasn't open and there was no active bar up on the roof when we were there. We were on the day off, so to speak

The rooftop bar that’s all. The room is lot bad but the mattress is not soft enough. The House keepers stole from me. $500.

All staff were very helpful and professional , the people made the difference for us especially the manager at breakfast , she made the most efforts to accommodate me as im highly alergic to nuts Room had blonde hairs on the chairs desk floor and curtains, dodgy electrics , my rooms power was tripping and had to be fixrd by manager
