Very friendly and helpful staff Great location The room was not very clean Every peace of furniture needed an upgrade Kettle had a handle that was falling off No air conditioning Room very hot and stuffy even though it was not that hot outside We were not told about breakfast during check in

Lovely friendly staff left us to it x any queries or questions we asked answered with knowledge xx great location too x No air con. But no detriment to our stay. We were supplied with a stand fan x

Clean room. Well presented. Comfy bed. Staff were very welcoming. Nice area. No complaints at all! Needed aircon in the summer! Room only had basic facilities.

Great location really good value for money for a Saturday night in London. Comfy bed. Helpful staff and luggage storage prior and after check in and check out if required. Bathroom dated but functional, very hot room and no aircon only a fan and could open the window.

The ladies at the reception were helpful and professional We lost one blazer which was in our bag.. It contained important stuffs. It happened when we were out for shopping. No AC. We got insect bites.

Location was great and the staff were helpful when approached. No air conditioning and the temperatures were high. The shower had no door or curtain so everyone you turned the shower on the entire bathroom got soaked. The room was very small with nowhere to put an open suitcase.
