The pool and sauna steam room. Disappointed to find Vegetarian breakfast not included in our booking. Breakfast was already paid for in our package.

The staff were exceptional in that they had decorated the room perfectly for an anniversary, really added a lovely touch of romance to our stay. Petals on the bed, and some little extra treats really made an impact! Oh, and the prosecco on welcome was a lovely touch. There wasn't really anything we didn't like - we overheard conversations about the Spa being out of use, but that didn't really affect us as we didn't plan on using these facilities this time round. All in all, little to complain about!

The complimentary room upgrade was such a lovely surprise, especially so soon after our wedding! We arrived to rose petals, balloons, wine and popcorn, which made the stay feel really special. Amazing service throughout. Great location! Old Street Tube Station is within a short walking distance, Shoreditch is around 30 minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. The spa facilities were lovely and a great way to unwind during our city break. Our key card repeatedly stopped working, meaning we couldn’t access the lift or our room on several occasions. Reception sorted it quickly each time, but it became frustrating having to return to reception multiple times. The Jacuzzi wasn’t working, which was disappointing, although we appreciate these things can be difficult to maintain and it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Nice, Clean Hotel, Staff very polite, although Spa Reception a bit grumpy this morning, when I took my Son for a swim. Swimming times for Children! Didn’t say, when booking, on Booking.com, that Children could only use the Pool at 7-9am or 3-5pm, so really not convenient times, and had a very disappointed child, due to this, as was turned away. Perhaps it’s says on their main website, but we didn’t know this, so spoilt the stay a bit, as was the whole reason I booked this Hotel.
