Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best I've had, with a perfect range of foods. Room view was exceptional with a very large comfortable bed. Pool large with sauna and hot tubs, didn't use The spa but it looked very nice. The underground (Tower Hill) is a stone's throw away with easy links to Kings Cross station. Walking to London tower and Tower Bridge around 5/10mins. The bathrooms were not great, the bath is very high and stepping in was not easy and felt very unsafe. Because the shower was not separate it wasn't an option to not step in. A bit of an update or modernisation would be recommended, with either just a shower cubicle or much lower bath. I ended up using the pool shower as it was too much of a struggle for me.
