Near Kingscross station convienant. We paid well under £100 so very good value for money. We would stay here again. It is very basic, but if you want a place just to sleep then this will fit the bill. We stayed here two separate nights. The first stay was on the fourth floor and was hot. A fan was provided but I found it a touch uncomfortable. The second stay was on the first floor and was great. It had air con and was a lot better.

Perfect location for us when we visit London. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable which is all we look for really. The £100 deposit has always been in the T's&C's but never something they've asked me to pay across my 5 stays only this time they did ask for it. However it was quick refund process to get the money back.

Prime location near King's Cross Station, ideal for transport, conferences and sightseeing. It has basic amenities like air conditioning and an in-room fridge but the rooms small and dated. Ideal for a stay overnight.
