Small but well organized and functional rooms. Conveniently located.

Nice breakfast buffet. Great location. Some staff were friendly. We booked two separate stays at the beginning and end of our time in England. Our first “superior deluxe” room didn’t have a window. For the price we paid, even by London standards, I’d expect at least some daylight. The second room was smaller but at least had a window. Very basic — no glasses, coffee maker, fridge or iron.

Breakfast was great, location was great, all very, very good. Grateful!

Room great. High design. The bed very comfortable and the touch screen controls for everything right above the bed was breat My only criticism is that the upholstery on the chairs and sofas in the common room were stained and in the case of one of the sofas, tattered and torn. This detracts from an otherwise excellent hotel.

It’s different. Simple entrance. We didn’t need a grand entrance. No comment.

The breakfast was not good, or at least not good enough for me. It consisted of cereal, regular and soy milk, Weetabix, tea and coffee, 4 types of fruit and croissants, two other sweet pastries, and two types of bread. There was also yogurt, jams, peanut butter, regular butter, vegetable spread, Marmite, and honey. So, no prepared or hot food, and, aside from fruit, no healthy choices of food, as well as no good choices for a vegan. I would say that the breakfast is more of a snack than a breakfast, since I do not find anything nutritious in such "uncooked" breakfast.

The bed was comfortable; the bathroom adequate. The staff were all excellent. For the price, a good bargain. No kettle in room and a looong walk to reception where I could get coffee, tea, or water (but only in single glasses and cups). Just a kettle would have improved everything for me. Also, because of one way street issues, getting a cab was pretty difficult.
