Super clean and compact. Great location. Really easy place to stay. Staff great. Got a conscientious phonecall about something I'd left with an emergency number on by mistake, and was so impressed that the staff had followed up on that, really responsible. I like tea first thing in the morning - going up to get it in my pj's while other people are ready for breakfast and dressed is a bit annoying. The rooms look big enough for kettle mugs and tea bags to me. Would I stay again? Maybe as was great otherwise. But would I also think about somewhere else which does have kettle in rooms? Yes, probably. A shame no early check in was left, wish I had clocked it and booked it straight away, be aware that it might sell out!

Great location as it is so close to station and you can leave your luggage there before and after check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Rita went the extra mile when she discovered were celebrating a birthday. Maybe plant based milk readily available at drinks station and a plant based pastry at breakfast?

Close to the train station, staff friendly Corridor signs a little confusing when trying to locate your room, no kettle, tea or coffee in the room just two bottles of warm water. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm.

This was our first stay in a Hub. The double room we had was pod like and I was very impressed with the clever use of a smallish space. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the 24 hr free coffee/tea station in the bar area as well as free water bottle refills. The location is great for Eurostar. N/A

This is a great little hotel, secure, compact, the air con is absolutely amazing! Happy Hour on drinks 3-7pm and the food is well priced for London All I’m going to say is the walk from the tube is a bit hairy!

Location The room was extremely small. We were happy we were only there for one night as otherwise we could not have unpacked to get what we needed feom our small size luggage

It was not too expensive, good location. Room was super tiny and underground. Felt really clusterphobic. No clear warning beforehand that we'd be in the basement.
