The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The room itself was fine, but there was no balcony, and the window was quite small, so there was almost no view. The hotel is also not very accessible or pushchair-friendly, and we had a hard time carrying the pushchair up and down.

We had a lovely time at Indigo Hotel and would recommend it. The location is great, right next to the tube station and the shops! We walked to the Natural Science Museum and other attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and we found the breakfast really good!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel!The breakfast was excellent,with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The breakfast team were incredibly friendly,attentive and welcoming,making us us feel very well looked after. Location was also perfect for us ,close to everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Once you were in the room is was very comfortable but the experience of getting to you room was not! The reception area was sub-standard, not impressive at all, like a family run seaside hotel, smells from the toilets in the lobby area, and a floor corridor so narrow you could hardly get your suitcases along it.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good The room we were given was in the basement with mouldy smelling corridors and the room had no windows. The very small double room was situated at the end of the basement corridor between the cleaners cupboard and maintenance yard, which was noisy from 7.45am onwards. Day 1 the fridge didn't work and the shower flooded the bathroom. This was rectified for our final day 2. Try and stay away from room 612. £350 for 2 nights was high for the quality received.

Great area! Close to the underground. Clean, charming, great breakfast (seriously great breakfast staff and options). We enjoyed our stay! Sounds from AC loud in our room. Others in our group did not have the same problem.

Breakfast was nice and the breakfast host was very good and welcoming so was the receptionist Bathroom was small couldn't really fit 2 people. Also the fridge wasn't cold!

Very nice location and hotel building, fantastic breakfast, clean rooms, and overall facility is very nice - staff is very friendly and helpful (despite initial thought of arrogance) The worst thing is that they gave us rooms in the basement with no view, rooms were located along with toilets and housekeeping stores. Uneven floor that caused a fall on the floor! My only recommendation is to make it clear with the hotel management about the room floor before finalising the bookings

Location, room size, bed and shower were excellent. Bonus was complimentary water bottles and snacks in room and refrigerator. The room was hot and unfortunately because it was centrally controlled, it was not comfortable at night. The bathroom smelled very musty and the hallway was overpoweringly fragrant.
