Good location, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Queen bed in a smallish room. Not very practical. I am single and would have been ok with smaller bed and space. I was told by concierge that check out was 1200. A staff member knocked on my door at 1100 and when I opened the door they walked away. I was just about to leave anyway. No drama just odd.

Location was lovely close to shops cafes and a tube station. I didn't take breakfast as there are lots of eateries close by. Starbucks in hotel foyer. Nice pool and treatments.

A lovely hotel with great facilities. Had a wonderful massage. Good was great. Breakfast is brilliant. Staff were so nice and really helpful. The tap over shot the sink in the bathroom. It is a little on the pricey side.

Location is good, centre of Kensington right next a tube station Booked a twin room, 1 day after booking, informed they couldn't guarantee me a twin. I asked for confirmation ASAP, they only confirmed after the non refundable date. I assume it cannot be that hard to let a person know if you have a twin room available or to reserve it for them. Clientele was also quite young, and noise/drunken behaviour was loud that weekend. I only booked a Holiday Inn as it was me and my teenage son (hence the twin room) but next time ill spend a few pounds more for something better

We tried to call within 4 hours of check out once realised had left a bag in the room. No one answers the phone, messages or email. They bag could have been easily located and arrangements made to return it. 4 days on and no contact.

Location nice neighborhood close to a metro station within minutes and close to Harrods. Staff need to be more friendly and attentive to services. Had to ask for a pillow 3 times. Lack of attentive to service washroom was a wired layout

The hotel was in an excellent location with good facilities.

Great location, near to underground station Breakfast was great on the Friday & Sat morning, but deteriorated on the Sunday maybe due to high numbers of guests eating at the same time.

Location was perfect very near to the Tube and High Street. The reception staff spoke very poor English and even though we had requested an early check-in we had to wait for a long time

Clean rooms, good facilties, good having a swimming pool and great easy location. The room was on the small side. If your neighbours are noisy you can hear them!

Dinner and breakfast were excellent staff were very friendly Was not put in to room I originally booked was put in to a disabled room so sink in bathroom was really low to floor as I suffer with a bad back had to get on my knees to brush my teeth as sink we to low for me to bend down There were holes in bottom of bathroom door and tile grouting is quite dirty and is over lapping on to tiles.

Dirty poky room a la MFI . Had to pay to upgrade to a suite. The restaurant, general facilities. The pool was a bonus.
