Breakfast was very good, and there was something for everyone. The location is very convenient for getting to any part of London. The hotel is very large, but it didn't feel that way. Unfortunately, when it comes to cleanliness, things are quite a compromise. At first glance, everything looks great, but then you notice the dust on the countertops and the dirt on the floor.

The staff is helpful and friendly and I want to thank Arown he is helpful The money value is not worth the service provided the room is not clean and the housekeeing service is unsatisfactory

Close to the subway station. The room we first got was very old and needed a proper renovation. The toilet flush was not working properly. They moved us to an upper renovated floor after we complained.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast very delicious. I recommend this hotel for families.

Nice size room, semi-comfortable bed, clean. Toilet area was a bit small, pillows weren't great, no complimentary biscuits in room. Breakfast was nice, but chaotic.....could be laid out better. Prices for room service were ridiculous and was missing a drink that we ordered and paid for (£4 for a can of Fanta!!!) Tried to call and after 3 attempts spoke to someone who said they would resolve, but never did.

The location , easy check in Last 2 days before checkout, too much noise coming from near rooms t sound like digging and construction, I don’t know exactly what kind of maintenance it was! Start Timing was early morning the sound was noisy I wake up 6 am because of this noise
