Breakfast was cute and good variety. The location is in the middle of back streets which we felt unsafe when walking home. The bedroom was very warm and no way of turning the heating down. Bathroom smelt damp and the shower cubicle very small and needs the shower heat cleaning or changing the cleanliness was poor the bathroom mirror was off the wall. We stayed two nights no replacement milk for coffee the second morning. The walls there like paper so could hear the conversation from next door. The locks in the door need changing as we didn’t feel comfortable as the locking system was very old and dated.

It was an old flat looking like a mouse hole

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, friendly personnel.
-
Room size is very small, specially wash room is very tiny.
-
Bed and linen were clean TV didn’t work, You have to buzz front door to be let in

The small room was surprisingly functional and comfortable. The location is very convenient to Tube and railway stops as well as walking places. We'd return if in the area only to a larger room. The man working late at night wasn't available instantly and as you need to have them let you in the front door BAD!!! Also, one of the female ladies at reception in the morning 9:30am is not very congenital.
-
no cooling in the room, not even a fan and the lights were flickering on and off. the shower stall was about 2 ft by 2ft, flush in toilet was bad

Rooms are ok and appreciating having private bathroom. Manager was nice and helpful for my needs. Not that centrical, but metro is close, and you can get into city center within 10 mins. Breakfast could be a bit better

Clean comfortable budget hotel. Friendly and informative staff. 24 hour reception. Good selection for continental breakfast. Cooked food at breakfast was barely warm as was the water used for tea/coffee.

For a London hotel it's cheap and cheerful, did the job for a one night stay and the breakfast was nice.
