Amazing hotel, beautifully decorated and furnished, really helpful staff, perfect location. Not really a “didn’t like” more of an info thing, the amazing apartment was on top floor and the heritage buildings don’t have lifts, lots of luggage or mobility issues will be a problem. It does say this when booking though so worth considering.

Unusual hotel in the centre of music history. Great access to the West End. The best music system I have come across Ross in any room. Great place to entertain with a full bar. Cocktails on arrival in bar and same place the next morning for Continental style breakfast was fun.

Room was amazing and staff were very helpful. too complicated to switch the lights off. Tried to contact reception but needed an app for that which didn’t work. Had to go to reception at 01:45 but no one was there. Had to call up from reception to get help. Resulted in a poor night’s sleep.
