Easy access. Never saw another person while we were there!! Very clean and comfortable. Nothing!!

Great room, good location. Noisy neighbours having a party in the next room and using the jacuzzi late into the night. I spent ages trying to inform a member of staff and eventually got through after midnight. Noise didn't stop and jacuzzi went on into the early hours of the morning. terrible nights sleep. I have stayed before and it's been ok but this time on a Monday night was intolerable.

Love the Jacuzzi. Nice and clean. Great location. They could’ve additional bedding for the second sleeping area and more towels

Staff was very responsive. Noise from the room next to us was very disturbing. Bed linen had not been changed since previous occupants.

Light in bathroom wouldn’t switch off so our room was lit up all night through glass door. Strange set up with sink and bath in bedroom. Too hot and no air con. Stingy with coffee and milk

Location was amazing, I travelled to participate in the London Landmarks Half Marathon, the route to get there was very simple as the accommodation was close to a tube station. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean, the room was spacious. I did need to get hold of someone during my stay with a question which was answered very quickly. There were lots of pubs/cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. I found it odd that you had no human contact over the duration of my stay. The pub downstairs which was linked to the hotel (I think) was fairly noisy but in fairness did all stop at Midnight so not too much of a problem. There were some minor things with the room, some light bulbs not working, bedside light not working which I reported as they probably did not know this was the case. More milk required, two sachets is not enough for a two night stay.

Location was great, bed was comfy. Thank you for providing ear plugs and an eye mask - they really helped. The door to the bathroom is a clear, sliding door. There is no privacy in the bathroom! The eye mask is definitely needed, as the curtains do not block the light. The toiletries were watered down, which wasn’t ideal.

Really good for couples for cheeky time away

My room was very large. I didn’t use the hot tub during my stay, but it’s a cool addition. I communicated quite a lot via whatsapp with someone who was extremely helpful and quick to respond. They were very accommodating. Convenient location for a concert in Islington and easy enough to walk to the tube station. Wifi worked well for me. As many others said, walls are paper but they provide earplugs. I brought my own just in case.
