Everything is carefully curated! Quality, sustainability and branding. Room service is exceptional, housekeeping is wonderfully clean. What I love about it was they have a supervisor that come to ask about your house keeping experience every-time after your service. There will be house keeping first and then supervisor will come after ask about it. This is very helpful and good management. I am a OCD person and I am super satisfied with the level of cleanliness of this hotel. Super clean! Skincare products selected was wonderful, the smell, the quality of shower gel is excellent! The light natural fragrance of these products makes my stay comfortable and calm. It aligning very well with Aethos woody sustainable branding. Well done! Breakfast selection is limited but it was good. Only thing I did not like was when you order room service dinner. The dinner tablecloth smell really oily kitchen, so this was deappetice for me. However the food for room service was really good and fresh. They close kitchen at 10:50pm, be careful when late ordering. Front desk was really helpful for ordering uber for you to catch your flight last minute. Thank you! Would definitely come back! Slippery slipers. Oily smell room service table cloth.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance from many restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The bed, linens and towels were luxurious and cozy.

Everything - room was lovely; staff was so nice; gym was well equipped; steam room was relaxing; and the breakfast was really good! Such a pleasant stay - I’d definitely come back. If I had to pick something, I found the bathroom mirror lighting to be subpar.

Absolutely stunning hotel and excellent service. Rooms are spacious, tidy and with all the needed facilities. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here next time I am in London. -

Their staff stood out the most. They were helpful and friendly. The room was very luxurious with their do not disturb button next to the bed. Room service until 5 AM! Interior decor was beautiful. Very clean and pleasing. No complaints

The design the style of the place and the staff was very nice professional and pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

I love the lighting in the room and loved how comfy our robes were. The location is perfect so close to all the great restaurants and bars. The staff was so amazing and caring. I forgot my ring and they shipped it to me!! Uber gets confused on where to pick you up. So you either need to walk or find a convenient spot for pick up.

No place to smoke other than outside of the building

The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent and allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The hotel has a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout the stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was very tasty, with a wide selection of fresh options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet, high quality place to stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus stops. None

My room was next to the lounge and it was way too loud until midnight. Also the rooms were not even sound proof from the hallway. Normal chatting from the hall gets amplified in the room. Wasn’t easy to turn off all the lights.

I chose Aethos for my birthday stay in London and it was truly exceptional. My birthday dinner at a nearby restaurant was canceled very last minute. We were incredibly frustrated, but the hotel concierge, Erel, went above and beyond for us and solved the problem immediately. He personally ran over to a new restaurant and was able to secure a reservation. We had a fabulous dinner! The hotel lobby, store, and rooms are gorgeously designed. There’s a really warm and chic atmosphere, a refreshing difference from the usual rigidness of London. The little details are everything here, with lovely Christmas decorations, free mince pies, an in-room speaker, cozy robes, and a 5 star gym. And of course, the friendliest staff I’ve yet to meet in a hotel! I highly recommend a stay at Aethos Shoreditch and I can’t wait for my next! I couldn’t find a UK outlet in the bathroom, and the toilet was really difficult to flush but those are the only downsides of the property

didn't appreciate the active construction. the noise and smell insulation in my room was not great.
