The hotel room was very clean. The room was extremely tiny, so was the mini bathroom. The room I was in you had to walk through the toilet/shower room to get to the tiny bedroom. I also kept forgetting there was a step in between the bathroom/bedroom so was a bit of a Hazzard. The bed felt like I was sleeping in wood.

The hotel enjoys a perfect location close to the city's most iconic places. The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler. However, it lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning

Bad hotel

The ventilation was also very poor. There was no AC, and we were only provided with a tiny fan. Between the heat, the lack of airflow, and the season, it felt unbearable, so we decided not to stay. The front desk staff and the manager told us they were going to issue a refund, but I still have not received it yet. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Beds very hard. Noise at night.

Location is perfect.

Nothing Property is falsely advertised. It’s nothing like the photos. It’s filthy, it smell terrible, no hot water, mold in the bathroom, toilet is in the shower, and we found bed bugs. We checked out right away and found another hotel.

Location. The hotel in general but I am also aware that you get what you pay for.

I liked the location since it's super close to Victoria Station it was easy to get to all places. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were extremly small, there's no shower curtain/box so the whole bathroom gets wet. We had water overflow since the drain was clogged with sooo much hair. No AC, the rooms get extremely hot and it wasn't even hot in London!

location is good. Upon check-in, I immediately encountered numerous serious issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the property. The actual condition of the hotel is far below the standard advertised, and I consider the online description of the facilities to be misleading and inaccurate, misrepresenting the level of service provided. The following issues were identified during my first night of stay: · Visible dirt and stains in the stairway and within the room · Unclean floor, windows, and drawers in the room · A toilet that had clearly not been properly cleaned, showing what appears to be black mold · Dust on some surfaces in the room · Stained bed linens, ripped towels and ripped, dirty curtains · Ironing service falsely advertised – there is no ironing board available, and the only option is to iron on a dining table in the basement covered with a dirty bedsheet · Extremely small bathroom without a dedicated shower area, causing the entire bathroom floor to be soaked after each shower · Signs of mold and persistent poor ventilation in the bathroom · Dirty and constantly wet floor, which remains damp even after drying attempts · Inadequate room ventilation, a small, ineffective fan, and excessive humidity, made worse by the inability to safely leave the window open at night In addition, the room remains uncomfortably warm and humid due to inadequate ventilation, a small, dirty and ineffective portable ventilator, and the need to leave the bathroom door open after each use to prevent excessive moisture buildup. Keeping the window open overnight is not a viable option for safety and comfort reasons.

Close to Victoria Coach Station. We were able to walk to many of the tourist attractions. We liked the property. But remember, it’s not intended to be a typical hotel experience.

The staff was courteous. It smelled like it had been freshly fumigated.

Shower was only 24 inches wide. Could not use it too small

The staff tried to help me for the bag that it but other than this terrible The worst experience I’ve ever had. First, the hotel is extremely small, and getting inside with my suitcase was already difficult. Second, the staff told me the room was on the second floor, and the disaster is that there’s no elevator. The staircase is long, narrow, and exhausting, and my suitcase is heavy and wide. I physically can’t carry it, and I can’t climb stairs like that because my knee hurts. Despite all that, I still went up, and the room had a terrible, strange smell. The space is so small it feels suffocating

The pillows were a bit on the hard side

You stay here for the location given its close proximity to Victoria Station, Pimlico and Belgravia. Given the price point and the standard of hotel you get what you pay for. Its clean, small and adequate for just sleeping there. Its all about the location. Staff were v friendly and its a quite hotel and popular as there were no vacancies while I stayed for the 3 nights.

In the picture you see there is no lobby or table chairs for dining... The room were not clean. In the middle of our stay we can back to get ready for a business event. It smelled like gas so bad could not breath. They have no air we open the window all the way. They had sprayed a chemical for bed bugs while we were all there in the rooms. So unhealthy we had to wait as late as we can to come back like 1-2 in the morning so we could sleep. I want to know how booking .com can get us a refund for the two days you should not represent hotels like this I expect way more since I use Booking .com many times a year...

Location was wonderful, far enough away that it wasn't noisy from traffic but close enough for transport. The "Shower Room" wasn't my favourite, the entire bathroom flooded when I showered. The biggest problem was the slow drain so everything stayed wet for a lot time.

Location is excellent if you need to be that end of London. I was travelling for business. The room does a job to sleep in. Very basic.

The location was excellent. You can walk to Saint Peter’s Basilica even going to the Colosseum we walked everywhere ?
