Breakfast it was excellent and amazing variety I think you should consider guest at the hotel BEING ABLE TO charge to each room. it needs a bit update food & beverage hours

The Thistle hotel is a massive hotel and not the best looking from the outside but we were impressed with the service, how clean it was, the size of the room and of course the location which could not be beaten. The bathroom could do with a bit of updatting

loved the location, loved the breakfast, the staff were lovely. The room decor seemed tired we stayed in room 148 as we were only staying the night the view wasnt as important as perhaps it would of been had we been staying longer. If we had of been staying longer the wardrobe space was very limited. The bathroom was very tired and needs an upgrade. My husband has mobility issues, it was a walk in shower, which was good. The TV reception was poor.

The location, pretty next to tower hill, metro important stations and many other turist places Two things, the clean service, and the fire alarm, it sounds twice, scaring us and wasting time

They were so helpful and accommodating after a nightmare experience we’d had at another booking.com location. We are grateful to the staff for welcoming us in and being so good with my son whose birthday it was.
