Beautiful hotel with lovely comfortable rooms. Excellent food and service. Not applicable.

It was great. Room was nice, breakfast was good. Room service was also good.. Location is fantastic for all the highlights of London, whether using public transport or walking. The only serious concern is that there was zero Cell signal in most of the hotel. I tried vodaphone and EE. neither were working. They have wifi, which worked well, but, if you need a OTP, or call for confirmation, things get tricky.

Enchanting,magical cant wait to return!

Excellent location—the city center is within walking distance—and the in-room amenities are great; coffee, tea, water, cola, chocolate, and snacks are all included in the room rate. The restaurant staff sometimes acted as if we had done something wrong

I enjoyed staying at the Royal Horse Guards Hotel. Starting from the first moment arriving at the lobby until the last moment saying goodbye to all. I enjoyed the clean room, the friendly staff and the rich breakfasts. The quite area was also great for the restful nights. Each and every staff member had a beautiful smile on their faces. Thank you for the lovely experience. the location is a little far from the main attractions but was great for the quite nights. Maybe provide more options for the night room service dishes selection.

Excellent location, and a very nice hotel, with very helpful staff. The hotel has a nice terrace overlooking Embankment and the Thames. Bars were good with helpful staff. Room was well appointed, with a good shower. No real problems to speak of. Minor issue, but the gym could do with some more equipment. It is clean and tidy but just needs some machines.

Beautiful property in a great location. Windows didn’t open so air conditioning merely kept air warm

Good sized room. Complimentary water, wine, coke and snacks. Great location for central London. Knowledgeable staff in the bar. Staff polite throughout the hotel. No USB port in the room. Air Conditioning not working in the room and not fixed throughout my stay. I suspect it had been like this for a day or so. Only concession was more fans. Think a room change or a credit / partial refund should have been considered. Piece of popcorn on the floor in room on arrival. Still there the following day after cleaning….
