First of all, my sister lost her necklace. We contacted the manager about the situation, but instead of simply helping us look into it, she started saying that we were blaming her staff for taking it, which was not what we were saying. Secondly, I checked my iPad and discovered that the housekeeper had opened it and taken pictures. One of the pictures was a Live Photo, so I could hear what was being said at the time. I heard her speaking in Russian and saying “I already turned on the camera.” She was also laughing. This made me very uncomfortable because she had accessed my personal iPad without my permission and taken pictures.

Good-ish location but hard to get a cab as it’s off the main road We had two different rooms and we could feel the underground in both, we had a third room which couldn’t hear the underground but it was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in but it was a very well priced room.

The staff were fantastic! The cleanliness throughout was excellent. Very comfy beds. Great breakfast. Free drinks & snacks in the in room fridge, was a very nice touch. As our room was on the ground floor, the noise from the underground from 6am - 12pm was quite noticeable. It didn't bother us, but some people might prefer to book a room on a higher floor, to avoid it.

Great location, lovely rooms. I thought check in/out staff should have been friendlier and more welcoming, the young man who checked us in was quite curt. Did not like hot buffet breakfast, hotel of this calibre should be made to order, although I appreciate that was an option. Very poor WiFi connection in room!
