The Dilly
About The Dilly
The rooms of The Dilly feature private bathrooms with bathrobes and cozy slippers. Guests can enjoy free newspapers, a refrigerator, and 24-hour room service. The Dilly is just 10 minutes walk from the shops of Oxford Street and Bond Street, while Piccadilly Circus is less than a 5-minute walk. Leicester Square and Covent Garden are both within 10 minutes on foot. The Health Club at The Dilly has a steam room, and guests can exercise in the gym and on the squash courts. The Dilly also features a dance studio available for private hire or dance lessons. Tea is also served with child-friendly menus for the whole family to enjoy. As we approach our 120th year, The Dilly are delighted to announce the beginning of an extensive renovation program that will restore our hotel as one of Piccadilly’s most iconic landmarks. From May, our new entrance and lobby will reopen, signaling the start of our detailed bedroom refurbishment. The Dilly appreciate your cooperation and understanding while we undergo this exciting transformation. We're thrilled to announce that Madhus of Mayfair will reopen on June 4th, with a stunning transformation of the restaurant and bar, making it one of the most prestigious dining rooms in all of London.

Suite very dark and when made up items left out in the room

The space, cleanliness and location was so perfect The wifi didn’t work and there was poor reception in the room which made using our own data useless too.

The staff were very very helpful friendly and made you feel very special . Rooms were very clean , and breakfast in the morning was very nice . Everything you could possibly want for a breakfast . 10/10 It was my daughter’s 18th birthday . We was upgraded to a beautiful room with champagne and our bedroom beautiful decorated .i cannot thank the staff enough for making our visit special and at such short notice too. I would definately go back , no hesitation . Thank you for making our stay so special xx

Nothing The lady in the reception was not helpful. She didn't even offer to help on taking my luggage to my room on my arrival although she offered others. So didn't like it and will not go again

Perfect location. Reception & lobby are lovely, as is the restaurant and communal facilities. Bedroom was very worn and dated. This feels like an entirely different hotel to the communal areas. Uncomfortable, itchy bed. Not sure what atmosphere they are aiming for with the graffiti on the mirror and tacky rose petals.

Staff very welcoming and went the extra mile for my wife's 50th birthday celebrations. By decorating the room.

Good location Asked to be moved from first room we were given, felt like we were in a dark dungeon, with a flaking bath tub, no view, not even a brick wall to look out at!Second room was very tired looking, didn't think it was worth the cost of paying for a 5 star hotel.

The location, slap bang in the heart of London, is second to none for convenience. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the bathroom was huge. I thought the service in the bar in the evening was a little slow.

Everything was amazing, staff were lovely, stayed there as a birthday treat for my niece, they decorated the room for that, lovely treats left for her, just felt so special. Room was great, very comfy bed! Breakfast was really good, great variety of food. Hotel location was great! I would definitely stay here again! Nothing at all not to like was all great

they upgraded our stay and decorated it nicely for my wife and son with some nice treats. This was a lovely surprise for all of us! View from our window wasn't great and you could hear the bin men collecting the rubbish early in the morning.
