Close to the bond street station. Room had a steamer which was convenient. The staff are extremely rude and ignore you at reception. They don't offer to assist with luggage when you arrive or depart. The hotel charged me for the minibar use even though I didn't use any item from the minibar. The lift system is strange and basically restricts you to your room and the lobby. Breakfast is confusing to get to. There are no bathrooms in the lobby. The bar is always empty. The restaurant quality is poor. Staff all speak different languages in a English Hotel!?

Was good, location was amazing. Ac was amazing. The toilet and the shower were separately located in the room not in one space.
