We love this hotel. We stay every time we’re in the area. Great facilities, staff and so friendly and helpful and the pool and spa access is easy and spotless, also the bed and pillows are the comfiest, I wish I could buy them for home! We had to move rooms due to the bed not being changed, but this was remedied without hesitation and a room upgrade provided

Staff excellent and very friendly. The hotel was very modern, stylish and clean. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. It was great to have a fridge for our baby milk and fruit etc. The team were very accommodating for us as a family. Particularly, when we need more time to get our daughter ready and luggage packed on the last day. It was fantastic to have access to the health centre next door too with warm hydro pool, steam, sauna and hot/cold water experience. The breakfast was also excellent. Only improvements were relating to the housekeeping. Major issue - We found a medication pill belonging to the previous guest before us on the floor and our 2year old nearly picked it up when she saw it and said 'What's that?'. This indicates the floor may not have been thoroughly cleaned. Minor issues - we were three people but only had towels for 2 people. We asked for our room to be maid up after not having done so the 2nd day of the stay. Things were replenished but beds were not made and floor not hoovered, as you would normally expect. No hair dryer or robes provided but we did have an iron, ironing board, kettle, coffee machine, tea & coffee accompaniments and minifridge. The swimming pool was very cold for our daughter unfortunately and we booked this hotel as she loves to go swimming. It would be good if this feedback could be passed onto the relevant company.

Beautiful reception area, staff were so happy to help,room was spotless and spacious, towels and even dressing gown all provided, decorated of the bar was beautiful will be staying again.
