Park Grand Paddington Court

The location is the only positive about this hotel. Easy to find from Paddington Room. We booked a deluxe double room which looked like a modern clean room with windows. We ended up on the attic in the window-less box. This made our 3 night stay terrible and we will never come back. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and to anyone reading this, please consider other options. The world part was the air conditioner. The reception has it on some auto mode and it turned off just after about 30 minutes leaving the room very hot and impossible to breath or sleep! Multiple complains from day 1, night calls to reception to turn on the conditioner did not lead anywhere. Every one I asked if it was fixed, the staff ensured me that yes but nothing was ever fixed and they knew it will turn off again. Not only us suffered in impossible summer heat. When I went to complain in the middle of the night yo the reception, another miserable person was there with no air conditioner working. The attitude and empty promises from the staff were not a 4-star level, and nothing is actually 4-star level.

The hotel did not meet expectations at all. In particular, the room was very small and dingy, the time of dirt that doesn’t really go away even with a deep cleaning. Think grime in the bathroom grout, shower doors that don’t open, dank carpet.

Location I’ve paid a huge amount and got a very small bedroom, very small to the point my luggage took all the space. I also paid extra to get a window! And was still placed in basement with no view. Just a physical window

Short walk to Paddington. Very small room and bathroom. Didn’t meet our 4* hotel expectation. Rooms were more dated and much smaller than look in pics. We paid a price which didn’t meet our expectation of a 4* hotel.

Location, friendly staff and helpful staff. Shower mixers/taps wasn’t good in the room, were faulty and leaking. It was more of hot water flowing through the tap. Front desk was informed but was told that maintenance has left for the day and subsequently no one attended to fix the issue. Otherwise, overall it was a great experience.

Nothing The beds were pathetic and the mattress was sinking in the bed and was practically not worthy of the money that I paid. The room sizes were soo small that one single person could also not live there comfortably. You could not practically lift up your elbow both sides at the same time. On request they changed one of the room but then the lights and wifi wouldn’t work in that room. I have not lived in worst hotel then this and I travel often,

We've stayed in that hotel already 11 years ago. It's well situated and has clean rooms. Last time, as a couple, we got an extremely small room. This time, as a family of three, we got a large enough room. It was quiet at night and we all slept very well. For breakfast we had to queue for about 10 minutes. The breakfast could include also granola besides the Kellog's selection. Coffee wasn't great, just regular filter coffee.

Breakfast menu was extremely limited. Utensils and dishes had bad odor to it and extremely long queue for the breakfast to be seated. Further, I wasn't aware that I will be assigned a basement room as it wasn't indicated anywhere. The room had a smell of dampness as well. Had a roof leak as well during the stay.

The property was convenient to walk to Paddington Station, under 10 minute walk. It was a nice safe location plenty of stores, restaurants and bars in the area. When we first checked in I was surprised when the staff member at reception said our room was across the street in another building. We were given a room in the attic which after taking the elevator, walking along corridors there was a spindle stair case which was steep and difficult with large cases. The room was tight for 3 people, and had no view as it was an attic room. I requested to be moved which we did the next day as nothing was available until then. The second room was much better, still in the same building but lower down. The breakfast had a great selection to suit everyone. Sometimes at breakfast the areas were quite dirty or messy with food which the staff should clean periodically. We were given a milk jug that had food on the side of it which looked like it had been re used or.not clean.

Great caring staff, excellent breakfast, nice room. Perfect location a few blocks from Paddington Station and Heathrow Express to airport.

The location is fabulous for Hyde Park A small double is a a small double…. The bed is very cosy for 2 people

The AC was not working, asked for ice they did not have it.

Excellent location and reasonably priced. Popular with tourists but comfortable enough for my one night stay in London. My 4th floor room was adequately sized with everything you'd expect such as mini-fridge, ironing table, iron, hair dryer and toiletries. Unfortunately the USB socket was damaged, shame as it's the only one in the room (ideally should have more available). Thankfully, one of the very helpful staff members let me charge my battery pack at the reception desk. I wasn't very impressed with the quality of breakfast. Not as wide a range of choice I would expect for the price, unless you like a typical cooked breakfast incorporating animal flesh. The scrambled eggs looked like they'd been butchered. Porridge was ok but no dried fruit such as cranberries or raisins. I like cranberries. And raisins. And peanut butter. But they had no peanut butter.

Location The AC was not working and other guests were reporting the same problem. Overall, not a very good hotel experience.

Room had air conditioning. Location was good. House keeping was great. No bar or restaurant facilities as advertised on booking.com Room service was through a third party. None available in the hotel. Wifi was not available in our room. Signal very poor. Unable to make or receive calls or go online while in the room. Room was sufficient but not a delux double. Contacted reception regarding our issues,they wanted proof. Have not received a reply as of yet.
