Hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and was in the perfect location for our visit.

I loved the location. It was close to Oxford Street and a few minutes walk to several train stations. The staff were very friendly and i loves that i could have my bags held for me even after i had checked out.

Clean and good location Very poor Breakfast

Great location, clean comfortable rooms with air con. Good value for money in central London Breakfast poor. Little interaction with staff due to layout of reception, didn’t have a hotel vibe as you bypass reception. Better security on front door needed

convenient, clean room Room 814 across the road there was an awful thumping noise which was constant and kept my kids awake for most of the night. When we checked out we could hear it by the front door so it’s obviously coming from the building.

Nice location. The room was noisy. I opened the window to get fresh air and there was a worker outside the window smoking and the smoke entered the room. There was a low banging noise all night (perhaps the hotel's laundry facility?)

Fabulous, clean and well maintained

Good location. Rooms clean . Bed comfortable Only one thing that let down rating. Breakfast was poor. Poorly serviced no plates and knives available. Tables not cleared. Cooked food not appetising and overcooked. Coffee undrinkable.

Very friendly and polite staff. The room was clean and basic suitable for 1 night. Greediness got the best of them, especially during special events. Over £160 for a standard single room is far too much for what you get. Doubling the price is simply excessive for the value they offer. I understand that higher demand can justify an increase in price, but there are much more reasonably priced options available. I stayed there because someone else recommended it and booked it for me. I wouldn’t have chosen to book it myself, and I certainly won’t be booking it again in the future.

Lovely room that was very clean. Nice Breakfast. The staff were all very nice, helpful and very obliging. Staff gave you a cheery welcome. Great location close to the tube, and close to Lords cricket ground. Located on a nice street close to shops and Regents Park. Bed was quite small.

Helpful and friendly staff Comfortable temperatures throughout the building Quiet Loved having the kettle, microwave and fridge in the room. Staff answered my phone calls quickly and efficiently and when I realised a valuable piece of property had been left behind ? They had already found it and sent me a message , very impressive. It was exactly ,actually , a lot better than I expected. However although I can see it’s totally impractical if I had a lot of luggage , a lift would be better.

Location was good. Staff seemed friendly enough with the small interaction we had with them. Aircon was very good. Bedding was comfortable. Some of the decor was quite dated and well used. The towel rail was above the toilet. (I find this quite unhygienic). Being lower level and not having proper windows the room felt very dark and gloomy with the dark decor. Also an overpowering strong smell of plug in diffuser on entering the lower level. We could hear every person use the toilet above us so we got woken up quite a lot. Bed was also very springy.
