Location and staff Small rooms; poor A/C

The property is really nice. Love the location. We had an issue with the carpet in the first room. However, the problem was resolved immediately. We were moved to a different room. The hotel will be excellent after the remodel is completed. I would stay there again. Location, lobby and service.

It’s located inside a private courtyard so it was really peaceful and you could eat your breakfast outside without any issues Nothing it was a great stay

Location was in a fun area. Lots of businesses nearby so people during the day. At night got quiet. Didn’t eat there so I don’t about the restaurant. Had a drink at the bar and staff were very nice. The carpet in the room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Stains everywhere. Super gross. I made sure to wear socks at all times.

The location is excellent if you are taking a train from Paddington. I was also able to get to King's Cross International Train Station easily from the Tube. Nice hotel with restaurant. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. Lots of seating with no wait. There's a Starbuck's and restaurants within short walking distance. I book this hotel because of the swimming pool, but usually don't have time to swim. It would have been much better if they would check in people as rooms become available in the morning. It seemed that many people were waiting for their rooms in the afternoon. They do store luggage quite responsibly.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location is very good--close to the Tube. When I got in my room, the couch was pulled out into a bed. I asked that it be put back into couch position and this was done.

The room was clean & comfortable. The pool looked nice but water was a bit cold, so I didn't use it. There was a lot of construction going on while we were there which I hadn't known about. Also, the A/C didn't work well during the heatwave.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. No air-conditioning. Our room was not very cleanand was very basic. Their Colmar, France property is far nicer.

Excellent location close to Paddington, canal, Kensington Gardens, although hard to find the first time since I didn't know where I was going. Because my first room was unsatisfactory, I was given an upgrade to a higher floor with an entertaining view over the train tracks, highway, and city. The breakfast was superb, great variety, just missing yoghurt (and preferably unsweetened). Staff was super nice and friendly. I would stay there again. There was a terrible smell in the shower stall in the first room I was given, with dark mildew between tiles. I couldn't understand why they didn't just spray the grout and scrub with a toothbrush. The carpet was also stained. This was an expensive hotel that should have higher standards! A staff member showed me a different room, no smell, but the tile was also stained. So he gave me an upgrade to a newly renovated room on a top floor. which was very nice although painted a bit dark and had a thermostat that shined brightly directly onto the bed. I'd stay there again, but just check the room first.

Nothing. We were not advised rooms are being renovated and we had one of the old one. Most poorly designed room I have encountered in any hotel. No drawers for clothing , severe lack of hanging space, no hooks anywhere, toilet around the corner from the bathroom, tiniest bathroom, no room to turn around. 3 uber drivers cancelled on us because they could not find location. It was a miserable experience for all four guests See above

I loved this hotel so much, It was very clean and spacious. Lovely neighborhood. Will comeback!

Excellent hotel, accommodation and facilities, perfect for remote work

The staff kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost because we've visited several times. The hotel is in a great location and the surrounding area is lovely.

Clean, very comfortable room and beds, nice restaurant and bar, excellent staff Shower floor was too slippery; charging plugs were not near the beds.
