Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. No major issues

The neighborhood was quiet and quaint The older townhouse stairs went on forever to get to the top floor, with luggage this can be a real challenge. Be aware, there is no lift available at this property. If not on the first floor there will be narrow and steep stairs.

The room was a bit to small

We booked the hotel Victoria but there was no room available so they sent us to another hotel the hotel victor. An email or phone call before would have been better. We were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very steep. The bed was very small.

Location, clean, value for London

I stayed for 4 nights and I have no complaints!! The room was clean, quite small (as expected from the description of the room) but had all the necessities and was comfortable. The staff was always polite and willing to help. The location was within walking distance to train and bus stations and was very easy to navigate. Overall, I recommend to London visitors!!

Clean and convenient. Great staff. I have traveled all over the world, and this was the smallest room I have ever had. No room to open the suitcase. No room to walk around the bed. I had to lean over and shuffle by the end of the bed to get around it and avoid banging my head into the tv hanging on the wall at the end of the bed. I am not a big person. There was no lobby for our party of eight to gather. No elevator, and it was difficult to get our suitcases up the narrow stairs. Bed was very comfortable. We interacted with four different staff members. ALL were helpful, kind, and a delight to work with!

The stuff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The hotel is situated very close to the Buckingham palace and the Big Ben. The room was too small and they didnt't have a wardrobe to put our clothes. And there was a problem in bathroom with the mold

We pulled the cover back when going to bed and found a small blood stain on the sheets. We informed reception who was initially helpful but as there were no rooms available we could not be moved. They gave us fresh sheets so we could change the bed ourselves, something that we were not comfortable with. We ended up checking out immediately and paying for alternative accommodation. The night manager told us how to clam a 50% refund and that they would support our complaint. Emailed and called several times and have pretty much been ignored. We were told at the beginning of December that a refund would be with us in 7-10 days, but still nothing. The bed was also broken as it tipped up when sitting on the end of the bed.

The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I had broken my toe a week prior, and they kindly accommodated us with a first-floor room, which I truly appreciated. The location was also excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is understandable for Europe, but with two large suitcases and two small ones, we struggled to fit everything and were unable to fully open them. The main issue, however, was the strong odor of mold coming from the bathroom. As someone with allergies, this was not only uncomfortable but also a health concern. We ended up sleeping with the window open to cope with the smell. I strongly encourage management to address this, as mold can directly impact guests’ health, not just their comfort. I did not raise the issue during the stay because all nearby rooms were fully booked and moving would have been difficult due to my injury. On a positive note, I accidentally left behind a gold cross, and the staff promptly located it and sent it to me. For that, I am very grateful. Overall, the service was excellent, but the mold issue in the room is something the owner needs to take seriously for the well-being of future guests.

Location Space in the room a bit tight

Great location, clean and updated The room was super small (by London standards) And we were in room 303, but it was six floors up with no lift.

Close to main metro. Rooms are clean Rooms are small . If you have multiple luggage hard to get around

I loved the location (beautiful neighborhood, close to victoria station) and the view from the window. No elevator, we had room on the 3rd floor so carrying bags was tough. There was a mold in the bathroom and water in the shower and sink didn't drain well - asked staff to do something about it after our first night but nothing was done.

I had to leave the hotel because it was too small for us. I emailed twice their manager and never got a response. Very bad customer service on that aspect.

Close to the theatre! Air con!! Very small room, two open suitcases were difficult to manage.
