Nothing Everything. The room was awful, to the point we didn't stay! We left within 30 mins. Mould and dirt everywhere.

I had a Cockroach in my room and no staff to help after 10 pm. The place is not clean and has too many insects already The receptionist that helped me check-in was good but the hotel is really weird. The location is very good to be honest.

Nothing, although it's close to Earl's Court underground station but it's not in central London so you can't really walk especially the fare is rocket high. If you’re on a very tight budget and have no other options, this place might be barely passable just for one night, but be prepared for some serious inconveniences. First off, the shower is a nightmare. The floor is dented in the wrong direction, so water just pools instead of draining properly, so expect to stand in a puddle. And this pool of water invites some unsolicited guests (some kind of bugs) to the room. I was placed on the basement at the very end of the building, which turned out to be a black hole for connectivity. The WiFi didn’t reach my room, and to make things worse, there was no mobile reception either, so forget about staying connected. To top it off, my room was right next to some kind of heating or utility room, and the constant noise from the motor in the next room made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. If you’re truly desperate for a cheap place to stay and can tolerate these issues, go for it. Otherwise, spend a little more for somewhere more comfortable.

Near to my relatives Mould in bathroom, shelf that tipped up, not enough milk on arrival, broken blind, no bath mat, no teaspoon with tea and coffee stuff, noisy sash window, dirty old shower cubicle. I could go on. Never again.

The location of the property was very good. The shower in our room was good. Fast check in with free WiFi. Room really did need a kick of paint which would have made the room so much more modern and clean looking. The blinds in the room were terrible and needed updating as our bed was facing the window it was very bright. The room smelt clean, the room had a left hair band on the floor which tells me it’s not cleaned to a high standard which is a bit worrying and the “double” bed was very small which was a shame.

Great Location. Comfortable bed. Clean linen. Hot water. Heating. Tea & coffee. Wifi. Everything tired and dated in communal areas and rooms. None of the bedside lamps worked in our room and one was falling off the wall. The carpet in our room was stained and threadbare in places. It did not appear to have been vacuumed properly in months. Bathroom was tired with mildew tiles and shower curtain, but the shower did appear to have been cleaned. Toilet leaking slightly and dripping taps.
