Todo!!! Hussein en la recepción fue el mas amable de todos los host! El cuarto tiene todo lo necesario, buen aire acondicionado y buenas camas. Muy central a 2 minutos del Metro. Hay restaurantes muy ricos y a buen precio cerca para desayunar, y hay pubs cerca. A pesar de que no tiene ascensor, hay alguien que te ayuda a subir y a bajar tu equipaje! 10/10 N/a

The location is really nice especially for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff really friendly.

The location was very convenient for the tube, Earl’s Court Station. We could get everywhere we wanted to be from here. The room was very comfortable for myself and my daughter, we had two twin beds. We felt very safe as the entrance is not obvious when passing by. Surprised that it was so quiet, we had a court facing room. The staff was very helpful with navigating the stairs with our luggage. Having no elevator was not an issue. The coffee maker in the room required special pods which were not provided. Not a big problem because there are several coffee shops around.

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice bathroom and the right amount of space for a short stay. We also liked the addition of a mini fridge which was helpful for water, drinks and snacks. Our room was always cleaned daily, with the bed made and fresh towels given. We didn’t bring luggage so wasn’t an issue for us but if we had there isn’t much space to open up a suitcase. Otherwise the hair dryer didn’t work very well. Our room was on the top floor with no lifts so a decent amount of stairs, didn’t bother us much but might be an issue for others.

The location is perfect. The room is being cleaned every day and the staff are helpful. The bed is a little bit small.

Staff - extremely kind, helpful and trustworthy. No elevator, but staff was more than happy to help with bags if needed.

Location alright. Room was above a fairly busy street. I would have liked free bottled water and conditioner and body lotion. To be fair, they did offer soda. The man at the desk offered to go down the street and buy me bottled water.

Fantastic staff. The gentleman who worked nights is absolutely splendid at his job, as is the gentleman who worked evenings. My partner and I were both surprised by the level of customer service provided. When we went out in the early morning and didn't come back until 4pm, our room still wasn't cleaned. We stayed in the room for two hours and let the housekeeper know that we'd like the room cleaned. Our room was never cleaned during our two night stay.

Modern, clean, quality, draperies, great sheets, and comforter and pillows. In room, espresso, machine and water boiler. Good hair dryers, good lighting.

The location was accessible to underground station and other fastfood and grocery chain. Easy to locate No lift, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor and weak wifi signal
