The staff were very helpful, a couple of grocery stores very near and the tube station also a minute away.. The window couldn't be opened all the way, no toilet brush.

Situated in a very quiet yet central area. Spacious rooms, helpful staff and very good breakfast. Can t imagine a better hotel in central London for the price. Comes highly recommended There was nothing not to like here

The standout feature of my stay at the Kensington Court Hotel was, without a doubt, the location. It’s extraordinary for getting anywhere in London and for exploring the area, whether on foot or by public transport. The Underground station is very close, which makes life much easier for anyone who wants to use public transport. We personally ended up using Uber most of the time, but knowing the tube was just around the corner gave us a lot of peace of mind. Another aspect I really liked was the comfort of the beds. They were genuinely comfortable, and the room had a very pleasant look and feel. For a hotel that doesn’t pretend to be luxury, it does its job very well: it’s a comfortable hotel, not too big or spacious, but very functional. Overall, the two strong points I appreciated the most were precisely the location and the comfort of the beds. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel in London, with pleasant rooms and good beds, without big luxuries but with the essentials done right, Kensington Court is a solid choice. On the downside, the staff were polite but not particularly warm or welcoming. They were clearly just doing their job and didn’t make us feel especially welcome. The elevator can be an issue, but we knew this in advance and it wasn’t a big problem for us. What truly disappointed me was the breakfast. We knew it wouldn’t be a full English breakfast, but it was very strange that there was hardly any bread. In three mornings, we only had fresh bread once – and even then, there was only enough for one person. On the other days, there was only industrial sliced bread and toast. As Portuguese guests, bread is essential for us at breakfast, so this was a big letdown. They should plan better and ensure there’s enough bread for all guests.

Great renovation but the staff are still really helpful and friendly No negatives from me - ive stayed before and always have a good stay.

Perfect location to explore London. Just what we needed for our family of four in terms of of space and comfort. Breakfast was the perfect fueling for longs days walking in the city. Staff was very friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Great location, close to the Earl's Court tube station. We could leave the luggage after the check out time. The room was on the ground floor which felt unusual. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, nobody directed us towards the breakfast restaurant or informed us about it.

Position Bathroom not comfortable, to open the door you have to be an acrobat.
-
Close to tube, very clean. Staff were very helpful Almost nothing, only thing to note is the lift is a bit small

Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. Good breakfast too. Bathroom was a bit dated.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, on a lovely and quiet street, close to the Underground, with easy access to the city centre. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was always clean and tidy. The room had air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a good selection of food. Everything was regularly replenished, so there was always plenty available. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Location was fantastic very close to Earls Court Station. Very comfortable and the room size very good. Air Conditioning is a must have in summer - it was great to come back late afternoon after sightseeing all day to a cool room. The hot Buffet breakfast was very disappointing not very good. No bacon just hot dog sausages and baked beans, scrambled eggs & poached eggs always overcooked.
-
Location and friendly staff Breakfast could be improved not powdered scrambled egg

Got in early from a flight and the hotel had a rush put on our room and checked us in early. Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient access to Earl's Court Tube only a few short blocks away. Nice sized room with AC added due to the unusually warm weather. Nothing

Breakfast a little limited but good value considering the price. It was fine.
