Location is most attractive reason to pick this hotel. Room size were good also. Bathroom not maintained, flush not working and door lock broken!! Bed mattress and blanket is dirty when we checked in..

1- One of cleaning employees was looking at me in angry way without saying hello or welcome , with no reason. 2- Taking deposits two times from my credit card.

I stayed twice at the same month and I can say loudly the staff at reception are not trained well. They don’t understand that you reach the hotel after a long flight and they are rude. Two times different staff one was Italian guy the other Indian I guess both were rude. Even though both knows I reach the hotel after a long long day.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, always welcoming, and consistently smiling, which made our family stay extremely comfortable. Excellent stay – highly recommended I stayed at this hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. The location is great and convenient, yet the hotel is quiet and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.
