Excellent spacious hotel. Great breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. They gave my daughter a special animal room key which was a lovely touch. Very clean. Just a little bit of a walk to the nearest underground station.

Lovely hotel and room very comfortable. Ideal location for Regents Park Open Air Theatre. Staff friendly and good choice of breakfast. Second time have stayed here. Quite happy with everything

Great location. Helpful staff who allowed us to check into room earlier. Good value for money. Comfy bed. Aircon wasn’t working well but unit provided in room and was made aware by staff. A bit of a sewerage smell in bathroom. Neither of these spoiled our stay as just a base for the night.

Great room - twin beds Great location close to everything. 2 tube stations easy to walk to. Oxford Street shopping within walking distance. Breakfast has plenty of choice. Beds and pillows comfortable. Safe area.

It was conveniently located in London for our stay. It was just a short walk to the theatre. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location, the staff and the bar was great The pillows were like cinder blocks. It was an awful night sleep. Please get new pillows.

Location is good near regent park and metro station. Very very noisy. You cant sleep normal.. Zero soundproofing. And very noise at.morning. All very old and ,need renovation definetly.. Staff- When I asked for scissors to remove the tags from my purchases, they wouldn't let me take them to my room due to safety regulations. Scissors for paper!! I do this in all other hotel.
