This is a great hostel, clean, great location and good value for money. The staff is very helpful whenever you have a question. They have a good breakfast selection, offer late check out, lockers that you can rent to store your luggage and some other facilities. There are no towels offered but you can rent some. There are hairdryers in the bathroom. I keep coming back whenever I'm in London and I need accommodation, this is my first choice. Nothing. Everything was great.

Location Bathrooms were filthy and falling apart. Floor sinking where it had rotted away underneath. Steps into the toilets and showers, cubicles so small you could barely fit in the shower, would hit your head and all your clothes would get wet. Water drained into the middle of the room so you step out into a puddle. Only usb points above the beds and dodgy extension cords for everything else. One tiny desk fan for a huge dorm room. Staff were very vague and unhelpful, only gave bare minimum answers that never answered the question and pretty much ignored me when I went to the desk. Different prices listed for various things like breakfast, cafe items etc.

Location was good , in the heart of the city , no parking there , restaurants outside everywhere. Subway is waking distance, buses as well. Cozy place to stay in.
