Four Stars Hotel

The position is fantastic, really close to the underground, Paddington station, bus stops and Marble Arch (15 min walk) The staff was super nice The room was super small and the bed was so uncomfortable. It wasn’t super clean and the bathroom was small The were no shampoo or shower gel and neither an hairdryer

The location and accessibility to the place The room was tiny. Not great for a hot summer day. No lift. The staff did help me with my bag one way.

Very close to Paddington train station Twin beds (single) were small in size and not comfortable

I liked being able to leave the key at reception when I left for the day. Uncomfortable plastic mattress. Shower was very clogged and didn't really spray water too well, it sort've dripped. Could hear next door one side throwing up and the next door the other side having loud music until early hours. Very dark. One towel only. Stairs are super steep.

It's in a great location and really good for solo budget travellers. It backs on to st marys hospital so you have sirens going off all the time from the ambulances

The receptionists were nice. The stairs leading up to it, the area was dodgy , the room was roasting- I had to leave a fan on all night. The windows were filthy.

Nothing. Walking into reception 4 chairs were taped up stopping you from sitting down, it looked like a crime scene. Walk up to the attic, very steep, thin rickety stairs, opening door and it stunk in there, old rotten eggs. Used the toilet and got locked in the bathroom as you couldn’t open it back up from the inside, my young daughter had to push the door open. I went downstairs and asked to be moved rooms and explained why, was told they had no other rooms available. We left the hotel to get some food and decided we couldn’t stay there anymore, the room was extremely dirty and smelly. Waited at reception to let the. Know and no one came so had to email and asked for a refund for the 2nd evening and was told no! Absolutely disgusting

I just needed somewhere to pass out for a few hours and it fulfilled my need of a bed and a locked door There were ants all over the bed but I didn't notice until I'd already taken off my clothes and I didn't feel like packing up again. Besides, what are the chances any of the other rooms would be ant free?

There were BED BUGS! in my room and most likely in the rest of the hotel as the sheets had marks of them even the new once I received when talking to reception. The manager did not show up the day after as promised and no one has answered my email. There where BED BUGS!!! The service was poor, in regards to the BED BUGS! Super hard to carry up the bad in the stairs.

Great location for Hyde park, Paddington and Bakerloo. Great for getting to a concert at Wembley. Room very very basic and didn’t particularly feel clean. Entrance doesn’t look like photos the chairs were all taped up so you couldn’t sit on them. Room very hot but on a noisy street for windows open.
