Nothing I can think of.

Clean and pleasant The sound proofing isn’t very good. I heard people in the hallway, outside my room.

Nothing. Super rude staff, horrible room, pathetic bed, nothing works in room from remote to TV from switch to AC. Obnoxious smell in room, unclean bathroom, torn linens - how much do I say ? And yes front desk threatening

We arrived before check-in and left our bags in hotel storage. The receptionist was very nice, gave us time to repack, without asking showed wc and place to change, offered water. We were not rushed and made comfortable. And another bonus - in this heatwave we really appreciated very good and powerful AC which cooled room very fast. Hotel is also located well, was very good bus connection to center. None of the hotel has, but - enough hooks to hang wet towels

Maybe for good reason the hotel has no fully functional restaurant and bar. This is not really convenient for every guest.

Staff were pleasant. Not great room and bed, very basic and spent most of night listening to other people in anpother ropom screaming.

Very accommodating, easy to navigate, amazing staff

Our family room was spacious and clean. The bus stop to go to downtown/visit the main attractions is very close to the hotel and convenient. Helpful staff. We did not like the location but we felt safe inside the hotel.

Just 10min by bus 63 to elephant and castle, easy too find. Room and bathroom very clean. Quick check in and check out. Next time definitely choosing this place Nothing bad too say

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were super friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We were a large group and they were even able to have breakfast early for us when we had an early departure. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. The room, bed, shower were all fine. The location "Tower Bridge" is a little deceiving as it is over a mile away from the Tower Bridge. The hotel is not near a metro or tube stop. However, there are busses that stop nearby which the staff helpfully explained which to take. Breakfast was a bland and over-priced.

The only bad thing was that when i stayed, i suppose that they were renovating the lobby and some rooms, so the smell of painting was everywhere, but the people working were very kind so it wasnt that big of a deal

The hotel destination wasn't great , and we weren't told they were working in the reception plastering holes in the ceiling and stuff

Nothing - reception area had builders working with ceiling being repaired - no barriers just literally letting all debris fall on a dust sheet. Tired, dated, grimy - on checking in no help from staff just told to do on I pad , then when struggling a bit- staff member asked booking name - great I thought she is going to book us in - nope after us standing there looking at her waiting for card to room she looked up and said have you completed checking in on I pad - there was no one else in reception so she could easily have assisted and shown some customer service.

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff, great location to many international restaurants, close to two different grocery stores, easy access to the bus stop and a short walk to the tube. Bed was a bit hard.
