Staff was nice. We were able to check out and then go swim in the pool for the afternoon while waiting for our transportation to our next destination Breakfast was extra and ended at 10:30. We wanted to eat later because it was our vacation. Slept in.

Shower was good Air conditioning was good The fresh bottled water was nice. No hot water on 2 of the mornings Only one towel per guest Slippery floor Hit foot several occasions on bed feet Several dirty pillow cases on a few different days. Only one slow elevator in use.

Property was clean. Staff was professional. Best part was the balcony. Modern furniture. The air conditioning in our room was broken on the 1st night of our four-night stay. The hotel initially acted as if it was a minor issue, but after four calls they admitted the system was broken. When we asked to cancel and stay elsewhere, they told us we would still be charged the full $1,200, the opposite of what it says on booking.com, which only holds us responsible for the 1st night.. Instead of offering a refund or discount for our $300-per-night room, they only offered free breakfast ($40). After spending most of the 2nd day waiting for updates, we spoke with the manager and finally received a room with working AC at 5:00 p.m. The remaining 3 nights were fine. We believe the hotel should have allowed us to cancel without penalty or, at a minimum, compensated us with a free night since they failed to provide the room we paid for (with AC). Booking.com should also make it clearer that exchange rates can change between booking and payment at property. The confirmation showed a total in U.S. dollars, and I reasonably believed that would be the final amount charged (reality was $100 more). Also, when we asked for towels to be sent, question and told that they are fully booked, and therefore are short of towels. Mind you, we had a do not disturb sign on our door, the entire state and therefore we never had anyone come in to clean the room. We had to explain ourselves and let them know of this before they found those a couple of towels.

The lifts are super slow and only one was working.

QR code on TV didn't work so couldn't see hotel facilities. Only way to get fresh air was to open balcony door - chilly! Paying to park - though only £10 a night which is cheaper than other hotels. In-house restaurant was Indian - smelled delicious but needed some 'European' dishes on the menu for folk who can't eat spices.

General cleanliness in public areas and in restaurant was poor. Had to return glassware in restaurant several times because it was not clean.

Clean and presentable Lack of storage. Virtually extremely small wardrobe. The only evening restaurant was Indian. This type of property needs standard food service

Modern room and a bathroom with a great shower. Complimentary water and a good tea and coffee selection Light switch at the door did not work. Green night light was on all night shining brightly. Thermostat would not decrease in temp as room was too hot. Shower curtain and hooks were crap. Cheap, ripped and did not move on the pole very well. Bathrobe was pre-stained on the sleeve so not clean.

Friendly staff and easy location. Had no heat for first half day in lobby , rooms till complained. Remote controls for temperature controls were joke. Lighting was poor in room with pull out bed. Then heat was controlled but centrally after complaints . Very expensive and rates were jacked up due to increase demand of rooms with ongoing visit of Guru and lots of people visiting from all over . Heat was not there in cafeteria for first 3 days.

The bed mattress was very hard as were the pillows. I hardly slept as a result. The breakfast was ok but not excellent, second day, was pretty awful as the scrambled egg was dried out as if it had been on the hot plate too long, other items i.e pastries etc had not been topped up so gave a limited choice.
