Ideal location for shopping, great staff Nothing

The location is PRIME. Right next to Oxford and Regents but still a side street so it does not get noisy. The room was spacious with all the necessary stuff, and the staff were kind and generous - we even got a birthday cake! The only downside was the flushing system that gave us issues but because we stayed for only a few nights we didn’t want to go through the hustle of changing rooms

Location and spacious rooms Noise. Cleaning staff kept slamming the cleaning storage door which resulted in several noise disruptions and made it hard to sleep. Repeatedly asked them not to do it but to no avail.

- Good location with no view, close to Oxford Circus train station and most touristic spots and streets. - Fast and modern two lifts. - Kind and helpful staff. - Drinking water refilled in a daily basis. Room: - Miserable toilet flush! doesn't flush well at all, broke down during my stay, and wasn't fixed until the end of the day after many requests, even after fixed remained poor (meanwhile another nearby room was offered temporarily) - Wash basin got clogged, It wasn't fixed even after informing the technician. - The iron suddenly stopped working, even the replaced one leaks water. - The bathroom equipped with bar soap and mini bottles amenities (classic and awkward) instead of wall refillable dispensers (modern and fast) - Many dummy light switches with odd master light switch distribution (can be controlled from one side of the bed but not the other, furthermore, the left side bed lamp can be controlled only from the right side bed switch! - Worn and damaged furniture. Breakfast Restaurant: - No skimmed milk at all. - Many buffet items are always not ready at restaurant's opening time, and need waiting for 15-30 mins. - The restaurant has a small and limited space. - Coffee should be ordered from waiters instead of having it ready from self-service coffee machine.

Location Nothing

Perfect location for our trip to the Palladium, with excellent restaurants and bars close by. I was not happy that a compulsory amount of £50 was charged to my credit card, even though I did not spend any money at the hotel or charge anything to my room. I was told this will be automatically refunded in approximately 5 days. I will be checking that this is refunded.

The Location was in a perfect spot

Charming building with fascinating history as a court. Perfect location next to the stage door of The Palladium. All staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The location is a definite winner! Just in front of the Carnaby street and only 2-3 min walk from Oxford st Everything was perfect !

Good

The location is perfect if you want to be in the theatre district. I had a room on the fifth floor, which was perfect: great matrass, clean, complementary water bottles. Slept very well! The hotel claims to be a 5-star hotel. But the rooftop bar (which had a great vibe) serves wine and cocktails in plastic glasses. Not really a 5-star experience in my opinion.
