I liked the comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff, location. When I arrived, I was informed that my room had been upgraded for a bigger one, which is always a pleasant surprise. But the room was located on a lower ground floor, which basically means the basement, and window was facing the stairs leading up to the pavement... bit weird location for an upgraded room. The morning in the room was spent with the curtains closed, as there was someone sweeping the stairs literally 20 cm from my window. I know the stairs need to be cleaned of course. But still, staying in such a room, even a clean and comfortable one, is not considered a top class experience.

Shout out to Ismail, he gave us an upgrade and was super nice with us. Breakfast was super average as well as the service at the breakfast.

Great location for easy access to many places and good selection of shops for food near by. Near to tube and bus and parks. Desk manned all the time. Older / modernized property meeting fire protection with fire doors etc. Early checkin when we arrived but our room was ready so that was great. Would stay again Lift voice for doors closing .. didn't affect us but must be annoying and disturbing for rooms nearby lift doors. Our towels were taken and replenished after only 1 use. This is very wasteful and unnecessary ( we didn't ask for this as they were hung up)
