Location and reception staff Lack of cleanliness,floor never vacuumed,electrician came to fix tĥe light after 3 days and we had only the bathroom light

The receptionist was rude, the stay was perfect near to the tube station, also the water pressure was running low

Close to Queensway which has several eateries and shops like Tescos and Sainsbury. Also two Underground stations on Queensway and buses on Bayswater Road. No dislikes.

Room was clean and quite spacious (especially by london standards) The staff were accommodating by providing mum and I an extra luggage rack. The place had no fridge so when we wanted to keep some food for dinner or breakfast, we had to buy daily portions because there was no way to keep it for a few days. If you are catching a train from Kings Cross, don't follow Google instructions to go to Royal Oak station and walk with luggage. It's a long walk especially with luggage. Go to Queensway or Bayswater.

The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean. staff was great. there was no air condition in the room only two standing fans, which was unexpected. Water bottles were not included, No clothes iron, had to request one. The elevator was not working for rooms located ground level and below

The location is really good, very near the Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, and Kensington gardens. The Hotel staff is friendly. The Continental Breakkfast is really bad and is served in Malasyan restaraunt that provides Asian style brekfast also. Please don't for the continental breakfast I've seen much better in much worse hotels. Not worth the money at all. We ended up having brekfast outside anyway. Oh, and there«s no AC in the rooms, which in a heatwave is kind of a big deal,

The position position was great The furniture was outdated and heavily worn, with numerous chips and visible signs of damage. More important the moquette was super dirty and full of stains as the chairs in the bedroom
