The location Our room was tiny with a third bed squeezed in to it. The light flickered, the tap in the bathroom was very loose. The shower was awful, you could hardly get any water from this. The cable at the back of the TV hardly stretched to the socket.

Close to paddington station and tube stops. Place was. Clean Room has charm bathroom was clean and water was hot I had a ground floor room so with No ac and window having no ability to be locked, I couldn’t keep the window open to provide air flow

Location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Seemed a bit costly, but it is London and it was a weekend.

Location Historic, feeling of old London Suitable price Acceptable cleaning level No lift

Close to Paddington. Very clean. Room small but had everything we needed. No elevator. Fine for us but older folks might have trouble getting g heavy luggage up.

Staff was friendly, warm, helpful, and made the stay wonderful overall. Location was excellent. I wish I got the heads up that I was gonna be on the 4th floor because there’s no elevator. Especially given the heat and given that there was no AC, this made the stay a bit draining. Also could’ve been a bit cleaner … there was mild oversight when it comes to housekeeping too. Like why can I only get 1 towel?! And why weren’t the coffee sachets in my room replenished daily?

there was no shampoo. I never had any hotel without shampoo. The staff seems, he doesn't care anything. The bathroom had bad smell.

Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Location near Paddington station and Hyde park High price for a small room

Very clean!! A bit small, but this is the norm for London! Super friendly staff!! The breakfast was phenomenal!! Will definitely stay at this hotel inthe future! Everything is wonderful!

The hotel is a very short walk from Paddington Station and the Underground station with plenty of business and restraunts in the area. The room was good size, I had a small balcony overlooking the street, everything was clean, the wifi was good, and the staff helpful and friendly. I had a good stay and would stay there again. The shower stall is a bit small but that is stardard with may hotels in London. I didn't have any problems and would stay there again.

Location & location. Small hotel but decently clean. I was on the 4th floor & I had to haul my luggage up to stairs; there are no elevators

Absolutely nothing My experience in this hotel has been absolutely regrettable. The room was in a state of unacceptable dirt from the first moment: dust accumulated everywhere, furniture and floor with visible mold and a general feeling of total abandonment. The most unpleasant thing was to find used plasters in the shower and gum stuck to the headboard of the bed, something that is completely unhygienic and repulsive. After complaining at reception, they sent someone to "clean" the room, but the result was practically the same: the dirt was still there as if they had done nothing. As if that were not enough, the treatment received by the receptionist was very unpleasant. He showed an unprofessional, indifferent and not at all empathetic attitude in the face of such a serious situation, as if the problem was not with him. Instead of offering solutions, it made the experience even more uncomfortable. It is outrageous to pay for accommodation under these conditions. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism is evident, and the handling of the complaint was just as disappointing as the state of the room. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. An experience not to be repeated.

Great location and good value for money.

No lift! We are in our 70’s and walked up 3 flights of steps with all of our luggage. Wish that had been advertised!!!

Room better than we thought for price and photos Musty smelling bathroom.
-
Location pretty close to Paddington station. Room is a little on the small side. Otherwise everything works! I have to climb the stairs to my room at the top with luggage. I almost slipped & fell

Grumpy receptionist on morning shift, late start to breakfast, cramped room.

Location Cleanliness, Mold, no ventilation, no toilet door, toilet literally in front of you when you sleep. Actual picture of rooms to be given in website.

We were a party of 5. So room type was limited. Downstairs room 18. Room was decent. However you could hear and feel every train leaving Paddington Station. Sounds, vibration all day, yes all night long too.
