Excellent all round from check in to check out. All staff members were very helpful and professional. Rooms very comfortable and exceptionally clean, Breakfast was really good quality, . Slow service of the ordered cooked items at breakfast when the restaurant did not appear to be that busy

Clean & comfortable room with all the extras provided (fridge, milk, water, slippers, dressing gown etc) & sockets & lights in all the right places for makeup, phones, reading etc. Loved the Anniversary petits fours & card & Apex duck. Staff, especially mgr, really helpful & keen to please. Good value, generous breakfast. Breakfast system was inefficient meaning long wait, buffet slow to top up & poached eggs cold. Shower head kept turning in & door not able to fully shut. Bar Mgr rude.

quality hotel, quality service. breakfast was very good. good location, friendly and very helpful stuff. I had two rooms, the first one was facing a wall and very dark. The other one was with huge window and full of light.

Excellent location with clean, spacious rooms and the staff are professional, friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant menu have a slightly wider variety.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful and cosy hotel. The room was absolutely lovely,clean and homely. They were very generous and gave me an upgrade for my birthday. I liked everything and nothing disliked.
