I enjoy staying there and the staff is Amazing

It was clean and staff was very friendly

Staff were great and helpful and the property was nice. Unfortunately, our room choices were between a family with screaming children and a squatter who would slam his door if paying customers made too much noise. Not the hotels fault, just some bad clientele.

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the room and amenities.

We picked this hotel because it had a 9.0 rating, but we don't know how it got that rating. From the time we came, until the time we left, there was trash by the elevator, even though we saw housekeeping staff around. Several of the plugs in the unit did not work, as well as the USB port. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. The person who checked us in was very pleasant, but the one who checked us out would hardly pay attention to us and was rather dismissive of questions that were asked.

Everything here was perfect. The only flaw they have is refunding my deposit. It shouldn’t take 30 plus days to get my deposit back.

People live on site. Eviction notices are on doors. Kids screaming all night.

The room was very clean and cozy. Loved that they had everything we needed

The rooms were pretty clean but downstairs, first floor bathrooms, and elevators were dirty and smelled a little questionable.

Overall a nice hotel. A lot of the guests were smoking Marijuana. Unfortunately the smell leaks into the halls and other rooms. Nothing seems to be done to stop it.

Nice friendly staff, room was clean, beds were ok, and bathroom was clean. What I didn’t like wasn’t really an issue with the property but more of an issue of people smoking allot of weed out front so every time I was coming into the hotel or leaving to my car I was getting hit with allot of smoke and weed smells.
