Very well located with a nice parking garage. The staff are not too nice. They are polite, but not very friendly. One night that was raining I tried to get dinner at the restaurant and the waiter told me there weren’t free tables. I showed him one free table and he reluctantly took me to the table. Then it was a struggle to get service. They were clearly understaffed.

Breakfast was amazing! Fresh food with plentiful options. Great location: close enough for a short walk to old town but away from nighttime noise. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great location and beds were comfy- just couldn’t cool room enough for my liking. The governor on the thermostat - couldn’t cool below 21.6 C and bedding was very thick making room hot.

"Excellent location in city center, historic old town, very easy walk fm bus station, very comfortable room, sparkling clean and quiet, L'Occitaine toiletries! Lovely restaurant serving dinner, amazing buffet breakfast with wide variety of food and beverage for every taste. Super find!

Friendly staff, large rooms with A/C, great breakfast, and central location. Ongoing work in hallways around room - patching walls, made it look a bit shoddy. However, did not impact our stay. No noise associated with the work.

Such a fun and friendly hotel right in the heart of the city and walking distance all the sights. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds and pillows.
