I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn in Livonia, Michigan. The staff was incredibly courteous and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The property was spotless and well cared for, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I truly look forward to staying here again.

We were only there for one night but everything was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was hot, the breakfast was good and checkout was easy.

In July I Booked to stay in August, tried to cancel ten days before, refused. $300 and something just flushed down the drain. Didn’t offer credit for future or reimbursed.

They had a limited number of towels you could get. And you actually had to leave the room to get them, no room service to bring them.

I liked the clean room and outside of the building was clean. What I did NOT like was the main system that issue room keys was down when we checked in at 10:00 pm. I was told they were having problems with those who were issued room keys as well. The front desk called support to get the problem fixed. The front desk had to escort us to our room to open the door that night and the next morning after breakfast to open the door for us. This is very inconvenient and I would like to see your company have the option to use electronic keys and checkin online so we would not need to stop by the checkin desk. This one experience really made me reconsider staying at your establishment. If you can't resolve the issue quickly you should consider updating your system. Or better yet, you should issue a discount for the inconvenient to your customers.

I had cancelled weeks ahead time for a family sickness. was told it would be taken care of and was not.

Everything was great except for the pot smoking inside. We could smell it outside our room and in the hallway. We notified the front desk and they went up to our floor. Unfortunately there was no way of knowing who was doing it.
