Location was excellent for travelling to RHS at Inglston and loads of great retail opportunities nearby to. Staff friendly y and helpful and breakfast was very good. Just feel it needs brightening up!

Very welcoming and friendly staff, proximity to the airport, rich breakfast, nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The bathrooms need some renovation and perhaps more attention to cleaning details in the room..

Quiet location. Bed comfortable. Nice breakfast. No hairdryer supplied. Water coming from under the bath. Found long hairs in the bath and hair in the sink.

Great location, friendly staff, good variety of food to choose from on the lunch and evening menu. Comfortable bed. The toast always seems to be served burnt at breakfast time when ordering from the menu. Everything needs a good clean on all of the mirrors and the remote control as they are full of dust and the carpets in the corners are full of muck.

Great bounce location if going into edinburgh and then west to l9och lomond ,in a big area of a retail park supermarkets and food places, cinema The link road in and out upsset the satnav

Really excellent location to shop in Livingston, 10 minute leisurely walk to Livingston Designer Outlet. Good parking included and the room was clean and had everything you would need. Went to the restaurant next door which was excellent, busy though so may be better to book. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
