Perfect location, especially for the Cavern. Great price. Very clean and the bathroom seemed brand new. Great shower. Very helpful friendly staff. Fabulous for a short city break. Could have done with tea making facilities in the room for a morning drink, although there was a drinks machine in reception.

Location Our first room didn’t have windows and felt claustrophobic but the staff were amazing and changed our room. Our second room the air con started dripping about 5/5:30am and woke us up so we had turn the air con off which was very uncomfortable.

it didnt feel safe as my door didnt shut well. the bathroom door didnt shut properly either and the shower was dirty. i paid more to have a window but it made me feel unsafe with the view and given the other poor conditions of the room.

Location, staff very friendly, value for money , clean bathroom, comfortable beds. Little bit of noise from next door , was quiet throughout the night thankfully.
