The people at the front desk did all they could but the owners are slum Lords There was a roach a dead cockroach on the floor next to our bed which means they don't vacuum the rooms. There was construction going on glass in the hallway on the carpet torn tarps with holes in the main infrastructure of the building leading into the building, the fitness center was closed. The pool was closed. There were no amenities to enjoy at the hotel and it is not updated on their website air conditioner did not work consistently. It would run for 5 to 10 minutes and then shut off and the room would get extremely hot. We had maintenance come up, he just turned it on like I told him we've been doing and it starts up and then it cuts off. Of course they did not believe us because they said it's a new unit. It's a new trashy unit that does not work. There was no air conditioning in the eating area for the breakfast. There were holes in the ceiling water damage and it just looks all worn old and terrible. This building needs to be condemned

Not a clean property… I see they are renovating but would be better if rooms are not impacted by it as plus keep them clean. Chair in my room is full of hair, fire alarm was sounding due to battery issue( guy fixed it after notifying the front staff) plus was not clean.

The property is under construction so I understand that it could be a mess however there was glass all over the parking lot and pieces of metal where we walked our dog. Just because a place is under construction doesn’t mean these things need to be there.

Close by They were working early Saturday morning, drilling. Couldn't sleep

The place is under renovation and didn't have the proper AC/heating at all. They had a portable AC unit in my first room that was ALSO blowing HEAT! :( I did go down to the front desk and they gave me another room with only a twin bed and that too only had some portable AC but it worked with no heat blowing, thankfully. They shouldn't have rooms advertised for FULL price if they aren't done renovating and/or have the proper amenities.
