Location is very good As it’s basement rooms water are very cold which is bit hard to use as no hot water Linens are good but need more house keeping to improve Hair on bed

Poor value for the money. Tea and coffee was provided. 1. The room was small 2. There was no fridge, telephone, windows and iron. 3. The bathroom/toilet floor was leaking from water in the shower and sink. 4. The cleaning agent used on the floors was too strong and had a choking effect. 5. The fact that the hotel was underground was not too great. 6. The hotel building was not easily identified or located. 7. The AC stopped working shortly after putting it on so couldn't use it for the whole night. Couldn't report this to the staff because there was no hotel telephone. 8. Which hotel uses a chargeable heater/fan in the age and time? We were shocked.

The room is so small, without window, and if you a bit fat, you can’t take a shower in that place, so small. The bedroom wasn’t good as well.

The fact that it didn't have any windows and it was a very basic room for £150.

It was dirty. There was a yellow dirt on bedding, bed head was full of dust, found a gum in my toilet which is not mine…. I believe they did not even clean it before I use

Comfortable bed, and it seemed clean. The smell of damp & mold. I had to sleep with a face mask on.

‏The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was no window, no cleaning, and no air freshener. Even the charger socket was so far from the bed that I had to hold my phone while charging it, which was annoying and inconvenient. They don’t even have dim lights for sleeping, which made things worse. ‏When I went to reception to politely ask for a dim light because I have sensitivity and my eyes hurt, the lady was rude and sarcastic, saying, “One day you want to change rooms, another day you have an allergy?” She completely ignored my condition and made me feel disrespected. ?? ‏Also, one of the staff members knocked on my door very loudly — it startled me while I was sleeping. It was clear that he did this intentionally after I had commented that the hotel was poor, showing no respect for the fact that I was resting. This was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. ‏What shocked me even more was when the cleaner came in. She brought clean bedding and towels but placed them directly on the floor, then stepped onto the bed wearing her shoes while making it. I was honestly shocked — I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Even if she meant no harm, this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially for someone working in cleaning. ‏For the high price I paid, the service and quality were terrible — absolutely not worth the money. I will never book this hotel again. The entire experience was awful from start to finish. ‏This hotel was absolutely awful. I’m honestly so angry and disappointed. The room was tiny and nothing like the photos. The smell was unbearable — it literally smelled like something dead, like a rat. As soon as I arrived, the smell was so bad that I asked to change rooms, but even the second room had the same disgusting odour. There were no window in room

Price and location Room was tiny, internet did not work. Rooms are underground and there is a very damp smell and environment. Extractor fan stayed on all night in bathroom, as did bright green emergency / sprinkler light. Pillows were like rocks. Member of staff was on a video call in reception with friends, no earplugs so I was subject to the entire conversation as I tried to take a work call myself in the lobby.
