Location was good The room was in a poor state of repair. I reported the shower riser broken and soap dish. I was promised this would be tended to - it wasn’t. We had no room service at all on the Friday - no tea, coffee, bins emptied or fresh towels and toilet paper! The carpet was in an appalling condition and the general decor was tired. Not good value for what we paid - a deluxe apartment! We would never stay in that establishment again and the basement kitchen was a health hazard! Breakfast included? - it wasn’t!

Easy access to hotel very large room bed, very comfy bed, quirky down a couple of steps dressing table and large bathroom. A little tied dated needs attention but for price ok I suppose ! Shower could do with a better clean around the silver tray part that was disgusting use a tooth brush to clean thats easy to do ? Fridge had to be turned off at night to noisy

The location was ok as it was in a quiet area and close to the bus stops. The room was clean but the tv didn’t work and it was a bit outdated. The curtains were not properly on the rails and the wash basin took ages to Empty.

Location is good Small for your money, no staff at the hotel.

Great location and the room had everything needed.

Very good

Room was spacious, bed comfy, good blinds and curtains so not too light. Windows OK for traffic noise. Very easy to get in and host very accommodating of our request to drop luggage off early. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.....

I would not call this place a hotel it is more like a bedsit, the smell of the hallway and reception is strong damp and mold, there is no receptionist at all so this should be advertised as an apartment. My room which was far too overpriced, was dirty and grubby the walls were dirty and marked it felt really unclean with hairs and dust. The mattress on the single bed was very soft and uncomfortable and you could tell it was very old and needed replacing, the whole vibe of this place felt like it is used for emergency accommodation which there is nothing wrong with they just need to stop advertising it as an old style Georgian hotel as the online photos DO NOT match what the actual rooms look like. Definitely would not stay here again due to the uncleanliness of the room and the place in general.

Nothing Hole in the tile floor in the bathroom , very run down and the breakfast was probably the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.
-
Nice room and comfortable bed Close to town centre Easy checkin Couldn't fill the kettle in the sink, also the lead was not long enough to reach the plug socket, so had to either put the kettle on the floor or on the bedside table

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unless I missed it, would benefit from a fan as the room is in the eaves and very hot ( though stayed during exceptionally hot time of year). Had to call to gain access but not an issue as the lady I spoke to was very helpful. A little further out of the city centre up a very steep hill but was good value for the money I paid. Thank you.

Great location Attic bedroom very hot. No fan or AC. Common areas tatty. Alley next to hotel strewn with rubbish .
-
Room was spacious spotless, self check in worked fine. Excellent location on a relatively quiet street in the heart of Liverpool. Absence of any staff made it a pretty impersonal place to stay.
-
Bed was comfortable and provided coffee and tea facilities Wifi did not reach top room, shower had mould, hair conditioner not provided. Bedroom door did not have a double lock. No front desk to talk to anyone.

Ann was amazing very helpful and very friendly also really knowledgeable about the area and pointed us in the direction of a lovely pub. Nothing really. Although it's dated in places however it is a Georgian town house.
